These terms are an agreement between you and Tibrcode Software Development, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("Tibrcode", "we", "us"), about your use of the TaqTaqTaq app on Android, iOS and the web. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using TaqTaqTaq
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use TaqTaqTaq for your own enjoyment, free of charge. The app shows ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian should read and agree to them with you.
Fair use
Please don't:
- copy, modify, sell or redistribute the app or any part of it;
- reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
- interfere with the app, its ads or the services it uses, or use automated means to generate ad views or clicks.
For relaxation, not therapy
TaqTaqTaq is made for fun and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a health professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Ads and other services
Ads in the app are provided by Google AdMob. We don't control the content of individual ads and aren't responsible for third-party products, services or websites that ads link to. Your use of Google Play or the App Store is also covered by their own terms.
Our content
The TaqTaqTaq name, logo, design, code and sounds belong to Tibrcode or are used under license. These terms don't give you any right to use them except to use the app.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app, or parts of it, at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the app.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tibrcode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including your rights as a consumer.
Apple devices
If you downloaded TaqTaqTaq from the App Store, these terms are between you and Tibrcode, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to use your local courts and laws.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update them here and in the app and change the effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
